Sonia Damian

Head of Platform and Community

Sonia Damian is Head of Platform at Crew Capital, where she leads the firm’s talent acquisition, marketing, and community functions. Sonia works closely with founders across the Crew portfolio to provide advisory on talent acquisition, recruiting, and people operations. She also manages the Crew community, a network of advisors and experts that work closely with Crew portfolio companies to address key operational initiatives.

Prior to joining Crew, Sonia held various roles at UiPath, most recently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA, and helped to grow the company from 200 people in Europe to over 3,000 people globally.
