Dylan Reider is a partner at Crew Capital, where he seeks out ambitious founders across sectors at the earliest stages of company building. He joined Crew shortly after its founding as the firm’s first investor, and led the firm’s investments in Rilla, Integration.app, Tribble, Quilr, Angle Health, Seal Security, Quarter20, Coheso, SurrealDB, Aktos, and several stealth-mode companies.

Prior to venture capital, Dylan spent four years on Wall Street working on top-ranked analyst teams. At RBC, Dylan covered application software stocks on the analyst team that was ranked by Institutional Investor as #1 on Wall Street for small/mid-cap software and #3 for large cap software in 2020. His research coverage included Microsoft, Salesforce, and Adobe, among 30 other application software companies, and worked on IPOs for companies including Palantir, ZoomInfo, and Asana. Prior to RBC, Dylan worked at Cleveland Research covering cyber security, data center hardware, and consumer tech stocks.
